Scenario #1

In response to a series of 911 attacks, the West will take over the Arab oil fields by military force, and deprive the rich Arab states of their oil revenue. Once poor, the militant Islamists will be unable to support their destructive aim, and their terrorism will die.

Scenario #2

In response to another major attack like 911, the West will set declare a price for yet another mass terrorism: taking out the holy shrine of Mecca. It would give terrorists a pause, but not for long. When they hit again, Mecca should be taken out. And then other holy shrines until terrorism will stop.

Scenario #3

Israel and its support by the West being the core reason for Islamic terrorism - the solution will come when the West will pressure Israel to grow into an Islamic state with a large protected Jewish minority. Once the entire Middle East I under Islamic rule - terrorism will stop.

Scenario #4

The West will empower Interpol to become the key anti-terrorism vehicle demanding cooperation from each and every state. States which refuse will be boycotted and ostracized until they yield. The Interpol will assume broad authority in each member country.
